This cause coming before me on March 10, 1980, on Petition-of
the United States of America for disbursement to it of deposit in
the registry of the Court in this proceeding, and the Court having
examined the file and it appearing therefrom that the claim of

the United States of America is just and all of the. parties to
this suit-have been advised of said Petition, it is -
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That the Petition of the United States of America for
disbursement to it of deposit in the registry of this Court be
and the same is hereby granted, and

2. That the balance of the mortgage of the Department of '
Agriculture as of March 10, 1980 is $6.,065.79 principal and

$107.18 for a total of $6,172.97. The Clerk of the Court is
4 hereby directed to issue a check in the amount of $6,085.00, the
amount on deposit in the Registry for Parcel 117. The check
shall be made payable to FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRATION and mailed
