ADJUDGED that:
1. Title of Plaintiff, ROBERT A. VAN NATTA, to the follow-~
ing described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast
j 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 17, Township 34
! South, Range 40 East, run thence East along the Section _
line 298.6 feet, more or less, to the center line of. - '
~ Old U. S. Highway Number 1, for the point of beginning;
from said point of beginning, run Northwesterly along
i said centerline 186.30 feet to a point; thence run East
96.3-feet, more or less, to the West right-of-way line
of the New U. S. Highway Number 1; thence run South- F
~ easterly along said West right of way line to the Section ~
~ line; thence run West along said Section line to point ~
of beginning; said land situate, lying and being in St.
j Lucie County, Florida,
~ is good title against the claims or purported claims of the

Defendant, WESTERN ENTERPRISES MANAGEMENT COMPANY, a Nevada
corporation, its heirs, successors,. devisees, grantees, and
creditors, and to all other parties claiming by, through, under
or against the Defendant, WESTERN ENTERPRISES MANAGEMENT COMPANY;
all parties having or claiming to have any right, title, or
interest in that porperty, and of all persons claiming by,
