recorded in Official Records Book 300, Pages 2081 through 2097, inclusive, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it paid, i
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 21st day of March
1980, releases from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County
