Begin at the Southeast corner of Section 9, Township 37 South,
range 41 East, run South 89°20' East for a distance of 809.25
feet to 8 point; thence run North 30°26' West for a distance
of 557.66 feet to a point; thence run North 40°52'West for a
distance of 882.4 feet to a concrete monument, then meander
Northwesterly 10 front feet along the West line of Old Dixie
Highway, to a point; thence run North 89°15' West approximately
1,031.1 feet to the Westerly right-of-way of the_Florida East
Coast Railroad, this being the point or place of beginning;
thence continue North 89°15"West a distance of 1,293.0 feet
to a concrete monument; thence go due North 100 feet to a point;
thence run South 89°15'East for a distance of 1,.210 feet more
or less to the Westerly right-of-way of the Florida East Coast
Railraod to the point or place of beginning. -
