BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority personally
appeared, FLOYD W. BLUM, who, upon being by me first duly
sworn, did depose and say; - ~
My name is FLOYD W. BLUM; that I am the son of ~
FLOYD W. BLUM and ETHEL BLUM, his wife; that Floyd W. Blum ~
and Ethel Blum-, his wife, acquired title to the following
described property: -
Lots 3, 4, 12 and 13 of WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION ~
in Section 3, Township 36 South, Range 40 East,
as per plat of said subdivision on file in
Plat Book 1, at page 23, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
EXCEPTING therefrom two parcels conveyed to A.
R.-Kerr and wife, constituting, in one descrip-
tion the following:
Beginning at the IdW corner of Lot 4 of WHITZ
CITY SUBDIVISION-in Section 3., Township 36
Souti~ , Rai,ga 4J East , thence r.ast ?26 feet ;
thence South 400 feet; thence West 726 feet to
center of Dixie Highway (U. S. No. 1, Fla. No.
4); thence North 400 feet to point of beginning,
- being the North 400-feet of Lot 4 and West 49.65
j feet of North 400 feet of Lot 3 of said subdivi-
sion. -

~ ALSO EXCEPTING therefrom the West 33 feet of
Lots 4 and 12, which is E 1/2 of present Dixie
Highway (U. S. No. 1, Fla. No. 4).
by deed dated September 28, 1949; said deed being recorded

County, Florida; and that the marriage of Floyd W. Blum and -
