Graham as tenants in common. or`~` The said Mary Rath Ivey died Testate on February 9, 1966 and by her Last Will and ?estaaent~she devised her one-half interest in said property to Josoph~ diver Wilson. ! 3 The said Joseph diver Wilson died Testate on August 12, 1970 and by the ~ residuary clause of his Last Will and Testament he devised said one-half inter-~ ~ est to the said Virginia W.
