ed among said Aiblic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida in Deed Book No. 259,
page 236 was granted and conveyed by Lake Indrio Corporate to Mary~Rut~ Ivey ~
and Julia H. Graham as tenants in common.
or`~` The said Mary Rath Ivey died Testate on February 9, 1966 and by her Last
Will and ?estaaent~she devised her one-half interest in said property to Josoph~
diver Wilson. !

The said Joseph diver Wilson died Testate on August 12, 1970 and by the ~
residuary clause of his Last Will and Testament he devised said one-half inter-~
~ est to the said Virginia W. Jenkins. 1

leaving as her ohly heirs, her son and daughter, said Jackson Fields and ~
