MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEt?!h'NT
THIS AGREEMENT, made arsi entered into between JACK
R. STYZA, hereinafter called 'mortgagor;" and EARL V. EBNER
and CLAUDIA Z. EBNER, his wife, hereinafter called the
Mortgagees.
WHEREAS, Mortgagor entered into a Mortgage Deed
to Mortgagees, said mortgage together with the promissory
note attached thereto, being recorded in 0. R. Book 318, at
page 1775, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
WHEREAS, the parties agree that title to the real
property covered by said mortgage was held in the sole ~
name of Mortgagee, EARL V. EBNER; that throu h scrivener's

EBNER, his wife; that the parties agree that the mortgage
should be modifi d so
e that the payments made thereunder are ~
paid only to the Mortgagee, EARL V. EBNER.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual cove-

1. That all future installments due to be made .
under the promissory note shall be due and payable to EARL
V. EBNER.
2. That all other terms of the note and mortgage
shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set
