The appellant, K-Mart Corporation, a Michigan corpora-
tion, by and through its undersigned attorneys, respectfully
requests this court to supplement the record on appeal to include
the depositions of Dr. Bernard D. Ross, M.D. and Dr. William H.•

Stolzer, M.D. which were read into evidence in the trial of this

cause/in which the court reporter failed to include in the type-
written transcript of the proceedings before this court. Inclusion
of these items in the record on appeal is necessary for disposition
of the appeal now pending before the Fourth District Court of ~ }
