grantees, spouses, assigns, lienors, creditors or parties
claiming by, thorugh, under or against the above-named
defendant; and all persons and parties known or unknown,
claiming any right, title or interest in and to the following-
described real property: Lot 43, Block B, AVON MANOR SUB-
DIVISION, UNIT NO. 2, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 11, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
Residences Unknown.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose
articles of agreement on the following-described property,, to-wit:
Lot 43, Block B, AVON MANOR SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in plat Book
17, Page 11, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida;
has been-filed against you and you are required to serve a copy ~
of your written defenses to it, if any, on R. N. KOBLEGARD, III,
ESQUIRE, Post Office Box 1000, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, on or ~
