FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION

This action was heard upon the verified Petition for
Adoption and the recommendation for and consent to adoption of
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, and it
appearing on the evidence presented that Petitioners are fit
and proper persons to adopt the child, that the best interest
of the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the
child is suitable for adoption by Petitioners, it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: -
1. The child known as GREGORY DOUGLAS ANKENY, born
on February 9, 1979 in Martin County, Florida, is the legal
child of Petitioners entitled to all rights and privileges,
and subject to all obligations of a child born to Petitioners
in wedlock. -
2. The child is given the name of GREGORY DOUGLAS
ANKENY, by which name he shall be known hereafter...
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida on the 31st day of March, 1980.
