O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon Respondent's
Motion for Modification, the Court having heard argument of counsel
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Court's Order of January 3,
1980, entered herein be-end the same is hereby modified as follows:
1. That the Respondent shall pay support for the minor
children of the parties, RODNEY EUGENE and LISA ANN, in the amount

of $66.67 per month, payable on the 15th of each month beginning
April 15, 1980 and continuing on the 15th of each succeeding month
until each child reaches the ages of 18 years, marries or dies, or
removes himself or herself from the home of the .mother, MARLENE
f
NICHOLSON, whichever occurs first, whereupon the payments shall be ~
reduced proportionately. Each payment required to be paid by the
Defendant is to be paid to the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
St. Lucie County, Florida, in cash, money order, cashier's check or
-other certified funds. The Respondent shall pay any service charge
or other statutory costs in connection with these payments and the
Clerk of the Court is authorized and directed to forward the support
payments received to the Petitioner.
2. That the Defendant shall be permitted to claim one of

the aforementioned children as a dependent for the purposes of filing

his income tax return commencing in 1980.
