AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF OHIO
COUNTY OF STARK
I, PAUL F. FOLTZ, do certify that I am the surviving spouse
of BERNICE A. FOLTZ, and that my deceased wife, BERNICE A. FOLTZ,
and I were the Grantees in Deed dated March 23, 1976 from General
Development Corporation, a Delaware corporation,•to Paul F. Foltz
and Bernice A. Foltz, his wife, recorded on April 28, 1976 in
Official Record Book 251, page 2112, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, covering the following described property lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 26, Block 1479 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 15, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in-Plat Book 13, Page 6, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
I further certify that on the execution of said Deed that
BERNICE A. FOLTZ was my wife and that we were never since divorced,
and remained husband and wife until the date of the death of
BERNICE A. FOLTZ, who died in Stark County, Ohio, on March 9, 1979.
