to DANIEL, GALUPPO and MARIAN GALUPPO, his wife, residing at 1006 Sunr~ycrest Road,
Syracuse, NeW York 13206 in the manner hereinafter specified, the

BEGINNING May 1, 1980 and continuing through September 1, 1980 interest pay-

balance shall be due; May 1, 1981 through September 1, 1981 interest payment in the
amount of $90.00 per month shall be due; on October 1, 1981 the principal sum of
$3,000.00 plus interest on the unpai3 balance shall be due; November 1, 1981 through
March 1, 1982 interest payment in the amount of $60.00 per month shall be due; on
April 1, 1982 the principal sum of $2,000.00 plus interest on the unpaid balance shall
be due; on May 1, 1982 through September 1, 1982 interest payment in the amount of
$40.00 per month shall~be due; on October 1, 1982 the principal sum of $2,000.00 plus
interest on the unpaid balance-shall be due; on November 1, 1982 through March 1, 1983
interest payment in the amount of $20.00 per month shall be due; on April 1, 1Q83 the
principal sum of-$2,000.00 plus interest on the unpaid balance shall be due.
All payments are to be applied first to interest at the rate specified herein
gpon the principal sum of $16,500.00 or so much thereof as may from time to time re-
main unpaid and the balance of each payment shall be applied to principal.
This note With interest is secured by a Mortgage on real estate, of even date -

herewith, made by the maker hereof in favor of the said payee, and shall-be construed

If default be made in the payment of s or interest mentioned
herein or in said Mortgage,- or in the performance of air of the agreements contained
herein or in said Mortgage, then the entire principal sum and accrued interest shall
at the option of the holder hereof become at once due and collectible without notice,
time being of the essence; and said principal sum and accrued interest shall both
bear interest from such time until paid at the highest rate allowable under the laws
of the State of Florida. Failure to eaercrse this option shall not constitute a
waiver of the right to exercise the same in the event of any subsequent default.
Each person liaTile hereon whether raker or endorser, hereby waives presentment,
protest, notice, notice oP protest and notice of dishonor and agrees to pay all costs,
including a reasonable attoxney`s- tee, whether suit be brought or not, if, after

employed to collect this note or to protect the security of said Mortgage.
