We, the undersigned, being all the Trustees of Gabriel Communications Corp.,
Prefi# Sharir?g Trust, do hereby certify that the following resolution was duly adopted at a
special meeting of the Trustees of Gabriel Communications Corp. Profit Sharing Trust, on -
February 22, 1978, at which all Trustees were present:
RESOLVED, that the lot at Nettles Island be sold to
- Lorraine P. Gabriel -for the amount of 58,500.00. -
We further certify that said resolution was never altered, amended nor rescinded.
