the Plaintiff having moved ore tenus to amend his complaint and. the
Court having heard argument of counsel and being otherwise fully and
well advised, it is {
ORDERED AND~ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's Motion to Amend
the Complaint shall be and it is hereby granted and the Plaintiff's
Second Amended Complaint shall be and it is hereby adopted by the Court ,
as the Plaintiff's Com~ilaint herein.
