KnOtJ ALL MEN BY 'THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by
the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, A municipal corporation under the laws of the State of
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged; do hereby convey
and grant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA for the use and
benefit of the FORT PIERCE tIT??•ITIFS ALITHORTTY the privilege
and easement to construct ark electric distribution line over and
across the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit:
A 10 foot wide easement area. The South 10 feet of the following
described property:
Starting from.a point 123 feet East of the centerline of U.S. Highway
No. 1, on the South right of way boundary of Savannah Road (also
referred to as Water Plant Road); thence go _South 200 feet along the
East right of way line of that certain right of way owned by the Board
of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County lying 83 feet East of the
right of way for U.S. Highway No. 1 for a point of beginning; thence
go South 169 feet, more or less, (to the existing parcel presently
being operated as a gas station) to establish the Southwest corner of
the property; thence from the Southwest corner qo East on a line
which is parallel to the South right of way line of Savannah Road
(and which is also along the North boundary of said gas station pro-
perty) for a distance of 200 feet to establish the Southeast corner
of the property; thence from the Southeast corner go North on a
line parallel to the East right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 1 for
a distance of the aforesaid 169 feet, more or less, to .establish the
Northeast corner; thence qo West parallel with Savannah Road 200 feet
to the point of beginning. This property is located in the City of
Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in.,Sa~on 22,

and to place such poles and attachments thereto, ac~~~H®
sai3 land as n?ay be necessary in the construction of said line,
including the right to trim, cut and keep clear of said line all
trees and limbs which may endanger the same, with the right to
go upon said land from time to time as may be necessary to con-
struct, maintain and repair said line. No permanent structures
shall be placed or installed on said easement. :a
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they owa
the said land and have the right to grant this easement.
