CHARLES R. FITZPATRICK being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
AS80CLATION, INC, , anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which .
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORA '
TION, LA KEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE IIVDR IO
CORPORATION, said Ass[gnment being recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 2035 in the office of the Cterk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2, That there Nas been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
anti numnera in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Off[cial Record Book 312
Page 283 ~ Pubiic Records of St. -Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S AS90CIATION, INC. ,
hereby release. satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 11 Block 25 Unit 4
in the name of: Frances M. Stremke
and now held in the name af: Mr & Mrs Thomas Lowden
