to me known, who after first being duly sworn did depose
and say as follows:
1. That he is married to Louise Ramsey, formerly
Louise Thompkins.
2. That he knew Louise Thompkins during her marriage
to Joshua A. Thompkins, a/k/a Josh Thompkins, and knows-her
to have been continuously married to the said Joshua A. Thompkins,
a/k/a Josh Thompkins, until his death..
3. That he knows of his own knowledge that during her
marriage to Joshua A. Thompkins, a/k/a Josh Thompkins, Louise
Thompkins was known by the nickname "Mary" and that Mary Thompkins
and Louise Thompkins were and are the same individual, his now
wife, Louise Ramsey.
