to me known, who after first being duly sworn did depose
and say as follows: -
1. Her name is-Louise Ramsey, and-she was married to
George Ramsey early in the year 1980.
2. Prior to her marriage to George Ramsey, she was
legally married to Joshua A. Thompkins, a/k/a Josh Thompkins;
that she was married to Joshua A. Thompkins, a/k/a Josh Thompkins,
- during the 1930's and her marriage to him was continuous and
uninterrupted down to the date of his death on April 23, 1969.
3. That during her marriage to Joshua A. Thompkins, '
a/k/a Josh Thompkins, and thereafter she was known by. the
nickname "Mary"; and that she is the person designated as -
• Mary Thompkins in the probate records appearing among the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida for the Estate of Joshua A.

Thompkins, a/k/a Josh Thompkins, deceased; and that Louise
Thompkins and Mary Thompkins are one and the same individual,
