I, CUNARD G. BOOZER, a resident of the County of Saint
Lucie, State of Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this
to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and hereby revoke any and all Wills

and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct mY Personal Representative
to pay out of my estate all of my just debts, including the expenses
of my last illness and funeral expenses as soon as practicable after
my death .
SECOND: I give, devise, and bequeath to my
sister, DAINTRY GRAHAM ALLISON, my diamond rings, to be hers abso-
lute ly .
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath to my
sister, THELMA GRAHAM WOOSTER, my sterling silver, knives, forks,
teaspoons, salad forks and all serving pieces.
FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath to my
brother, PHILIP K. GRAHAM, my Hamilton Railroad Special 21 jewel ~
watch; my Royal portable typewriter; my blue steel pistol; my '
Vibroplex telegraph sending machine, commonly known to us as a "bug";
I my 1974 Ford Maverick automobile; and my home located on Lot 1, Block
2, Tropicaire Subdivision, together with all its contents, except
those listed elsewhere in this Will, to be his absolutely.
FIFTH: - I give, devise and bequeath to my
sister, NELL GRAHAM STEVENS, my set of hand-painted, imported Titian
are dishes, to be .hers absolutely.
SIXTH: I give, devise and bequeath all the

~ rest, residue and. remainder of my estate, real and personal, wherever

situate and whether acquired before or~after the execution of this
Will, including any life insurance payable to my estate, as follows:
