C. To my brother, PHILIP K. GRAHAM, the sum of
FIFTEEN THOUSAND ($15,000.00) DOLLARS;

E. To my sister, NELL GRAHAM STEVENS, the sum of

FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) DOLLARS;
G. To my late .husband's nephew, B. MAX ROSS, JR.,
the sum of FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00).
All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, real
nd personal, wherever situate, and whether acquired before or after
e execution of this Will, including any life insurance payable to
y estate, is to be divided between the above named heirs in equal
hares, per.stirpes. ;
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my brother,
HILIP K. GRAHAM, Personal Representative of this, my LAST WILL AND
STAMENT, to serve without bond.. I expressly confer upon said
ersonal Representative full authority and power to sell and convey
ny part or all of said estate at public or private sale, with or
ithout notice, as he may deem best and without any order of Court.
authorize and empower said Personal Representative to make good
nd sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to hold the proceeds ~
f any sale to the same use as hereinbefore declared in the several
j 'terns of this, my Will. I further hereby expressly confer upon said
ersonal Representative the authority and power to borrow money for th
se of my estate in any instance where he may think it necessary and
roper, and to secure in mortg?ge or any other form of security.
