as personal representative of decedent's Estate is entitled to
preference in appointment as personal representative because she is
the named personal representative in the decedent's last Will,

7. Petitioner-is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated August 1,
1973, and subscribed by DOROTHY M, ELLIS and MARTHA SWEGLES as
attesting witnesses,-accompanies this Petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be
admitted to probate and that Petitioner be appointed personal repre-
sentative of the .Florida Estate of the decedent. i
