TERRY ANN TEDDER to open the file in this case to discern
the name of her-natural mother, and the State Department of
Health and Rehabilitative Services, having been served with
said Petition, and Notice of Hearing, and having informed the
Court that they .have no objections to the opening of the file,
and the Court, being duly advised in the premises. it is hereby
