O R D E R -
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the Wife's
Motion for Enforcement and the Husband's Motion for Relief
and the Court having heard the testimony of the parties, and
the argument of attorneys, and being duly advised in the premises,
it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the determination of the amount. of arrearage
is held in abeyance until the husband obtains copies of the
money orders issued by Indian River Federal Savings and Loan
Association, Fort Pierce Branch, between June 1978 and now,
and informs the Court of the possession of same and obtains
another hearing date.
2. The Court redirects the Husband, ROGER LEE WATFORD,
to make any and all payments through the Clerk of the Court,
as set out in the Final Dissolution entered herein.
3. That the Wife, MAI GARD WATFORD, is hereby ordered
to comply with paragraph 2 of the Order entered into on June
22, 1979, by the Court pertaining to visitation rights with
the minor child.
4. That the Husband, ROGER LEE WATFORD, shall not
engage in any conduct that would cause any conflict during the
time he picks up the child and while returning the minor child
to the residence of the Wife.
