O R D E R
This cause came on for hearing before this Court on the
28th day of March, 1980 on the petition of the Wife to modify
the Temporary Order entered herein and this Court having heard
the testimony of the parties and being otherwise fully advised in
the premises it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, DALE R. CROWNOVER,
shall hold the Wife harmless from the mortgage payment due on the
marital home of the parties and shall prevent the foreclosure of
the mortgage on said marital home until the Final Hearing in this
cause.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
