O R D E R s
This cause having come on to be heard before this
court on February 29, 1980 on the Wife's Motion for an Order
of Contempt and, the cofirt having heard the testimony of the
parties and being otherwise fully advised in the premises it
is hereupon ~ ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, WILLIS R. NETTLES,
is in contempt of this court for his failure to pay child support
in the amount of $30.00 per week as ordered by this court on
February 3, 1977 and that at the date of this hearing this court
finds .that the Husband is in arrears in his payments of child
support in the amount of $540.00 and is hereby ordered to pay to
the Wife the sum of $200.00 on the Friday following the date of
this hearing and in four (4)~weeks, on April 4, 1980_is to pay
i
an additional $200.00 to the Wife and then is to pay the balance }
of $140.00 on or before May 2, 1980. These sums are to be paid
in addition to the -current child support payments.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, this
