valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land sittinte in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
The east 1/2 of the nor><heast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 38 East,
St. Lucie'County, Florida, EXCEPTING THEREFROM, right-of-way of State Road No.
68 and Canals No. 62 and No. 63 of the North St. Lucie River Drainage District.
Together with 1979-"1980 crop of citrus fruit grown on above land.
Subject to a mortgage dated March 9, 1978, from James E. Allen, Jr. and Adrian R.
Chapman to M. Vernon Jenkins and Dorothy Henry Jenkins, his wife, recorded in
Official Record Book 283, page 1880, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ;
securing an original principal debt of $160,000.00, which the grantee, by its
acceptance of this deed, assumes and agrees to pay as the installments fall due,
and further agrees to hold the grantors harmless if it should fail to do so. ~
