MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 1st day of April, 1980,
between FLORIDA BANK .AT FORT PIERCE, a Florida banking corpora-
tion, hereinafter called "Mortgagee" and WARREN MILLER and ,
CAROL MILLER, his wife, hereinafter called "Dortgagor".
WITNESSETH, that
WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of
a Promissory Note anu Mortgage executed by Mortgagor to
Mortgagee on property described in said Mortgage, which

Mortgage is dated October 31, 1979, and recorded on November
1, 1979 in Official Record Book 319, Page 1579, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which Mortgage ~
secures -a Promissory Note, dated October 31, 1979, in the ~

original principal sum of $20,000.00, and provides for 300
i
monthly installments of $199.65, commencing on the first day
of March, 1980. ~
WHEREAS, it is the desire of all parties hereto that
the payment dates, as recited in said Note, be changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable considerations,

it is hereby mutually agreed that the above-mentioned Promissory
Note be reformed to-the extent that the first monthly installment
g is due and payable on the first day of Hay, 1980, and that
I
any remaining indebtedness be repaid in 299 successive install-
ments of a like amount.
The parties hereto hereby further covenant and agree
that all other terms and conditions of said Mortgage and Promis-
sory Note dated Octobef 31, 1979, shall remain in full force
and effect and that nothing herein contained shall in any way
impair, alter or diminish the terms and conditions, lien or
encumbrances of said Mortgage and Note, other than as expressly
stated in this Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Modification and Extension
