MORTGAGE
THIS MORTGAGB, dated the 20th ~Y of March , A.D. 19 80 , by and, between

THIS MORTGAGE IS BEING RE-RECORDED TO INCLUDE DATA IN PARAGRAPH 15 ~
Togeether with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land, and fixtures attached thereto, and all rents, issues,
proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises, all of which are included within the foregoing description and the haben-
dam thereof; also all gag, steam, electric, water, and other heating, cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, itzigating, and
power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures, and appurtenances, which now are or may hereafter peitain to, or be used with, in, or on
said premises, even though they be detached or detachable.
TO HAVE AIVD TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the tenements, hereditamentS and appurtenances thereunto be-
longing or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder or remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, and else all
the estate, right, title, interest, homestead, dower and right of dower, separate estate, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in
law as in equity, of the said mortgagor in and to the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said mortgagor in and to
the same, and every part and parcel thereof unto the said mortgagee in fee simple. ~ -
And the mortgagor hereby covenants with the mortgagee flat he is indefeasibly seized of said land in fee simple; that he has full
power and lawful .right to convey the same in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the mortgagee, at all times peaceably and
quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy, and enjoy said land, and every part thereof; that the land is and will remain free from all encum• .
brancea; that said mortgagor will make such further assurances to prove the fee simple title to said land in said mortgagee as may be reason-
ably required, and that said mortgagor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, -and every part thereof, and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persona whomsoever.
PROVIDED ALWAYS, and these presents are executed and delivered upon the following conditions, to wit:
The mortgagor agrees to pay the mortgagee, or order, the principal sum of
FORTY FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY and no/100--------------~~(s 44,350.00
as evidenced by a note of even date herewith, with interest from date at the rate of THIRTEEN
per centum ( 13 96), per annum on the unpaid balance until paid. The said principal and interest shall be payable at the
offs of SUBURBAN COASTAL CORP. - P. 0. Box 1328 -Passaic, New Jersey
or at such other place as the holder of the note may designate in writing, in monthly installments of
FOUR HUNDRED NINETY and 95/100-----------------------------------p°Ilars(3 490.95
commencing on the first day of May ,19R0 , and on the fast day of each month thereafter until the
principal and interest are fully paid, except that the fatal payment of principal and interest, if not sooner paid, shall be due and payable on
the first day of Apri 1 , 2010 .
And shall duly ,promptly, and fully perform, dischazge, execute, effect, complete, and comply with and abide by each and every the
stipulations, agreements, conditions, and covenants of said promissory note and of this mortgage, then this mortgage and the estate hereby
created shall case and be null and void. -
And the mortgagor further covenants as follows:
1. That he will pay the indebtedness, as hereinbefore provided. Privilege is reserved to pay the debt in whole, or in an amount equal
to one or more monthly payments on the principal that are next due on the note,, on the first day of any month prior to maturity:
Provided, however, that written an int n o to exercise such privt~ege is given at least thirty (30) days prior to prepayment.
