O R D E R -
THIS CAUSE COMING on to be heard, upon the Defendant's
Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint, the Court having heard -
argument of counsel and being fully advised of the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant's Motion to
Dismiss Count II of the Amended Complaint is denied.
It is further Ordered that the Defendant's Motion to Strike
Paragraphs 7 and 16 of the Complaint is denied.
It is further Ordered that the Defendant shall have
fifteen (15) days from the date of this Order in which to answer

the Plaintiff's Amended Complaint.
