Motion to Amend the Final Judgment previously entered into
this cause on October 9, 1979, and the Order Taxing Costs
previously entered in this cause on February 13, 1980 and it
appearing to ~ the Court that through mistake and inadvertence x

the phrase "for which let execution issue" was not contained
in either of these Orders, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, HOYT C. MURPHY,
INC., REALTORS, have ~__^_d *_'Pcover of and from the Defendant,
AL DiVAGNO, the sum of $30,000.00 plus interest of $3,750.00,
