-The undersigned-Petitioner alleges:
1, Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
surviving spouse and the personal representative of this Estate,
Petitioner's name and address are as set forth in Paragraph 3, and-the
name and address of Petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end -
of this Petition.
2. Decedent, MILTON F. JONES, whose last ~CnOwn address was
422-A Sandpiper Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, whose age was 70
years, and whose Social Security Number was 343-03-4345A, died on
June 7, 1979, at Fort P-fierce, Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
- 3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of
any who are minors, are:

decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
