ORDER OF FAMILY ADMINISTRATION
On the Petition of LOIS J. JONES, as personal representative,
for Family Administration of the Estate of MILTON F. JONES, deceased,
the Court finding that the decedent died on the 7th day of June, 1979;
that all interested persons have joined in the Petition and waived
notice hereof; that the material allegations, of the Petition are true;
and that an Order of Family Administration should be entered in
accordance with the Petition,~it is'
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that LOIS J. JONES, as personal repre-
sentative of this Estate, shall make immediate-distribution of the
assets of the decedent as follows:

It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that those to whom specified parts of the
decedent's Estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to
receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the
right. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that distributees shall be personally
liable for all lawful claims against the Estate of the decedent, not
to exceed the amount of their distributive share. It is further
