I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved wife, ELIZABETH CHASTAIN i
LISK, absolutely and forever. s
NINTH - In the event that my said wife, ELIZABETH CHASTAIN
LISK, and I shall both die simultaneously or under such circumstances
that it shall not be possible to determine which of us died prior
to the other, or, in the event that both of us shall be immediately
killed in a common accident or disaster, it shall be presumed that

my said wife predeceased me, in fact, or., in the event that both of
us shall die as a result thereof, either immediately or within a
period of not to exceed six (6) months from the date of said common
accident or disaster, it shall be presumed that my said wife pre-
deceased me, in fact, and the marital deduction for Federal Estate
Tax purposes shall not be used in the administration of my Estate;
then, and in either of said events, all of my estate, real, personal
and mixed, EXCEPT that hereinabove specifically given and bequeathed
to other named persons and organizations, wherever the same shall
be situated or located, of which I may die seized or possessed,

shall go and vest in the same manner as if-my said wife, ELIZABETH
CHASTAIN LISK, had, in fact, predeceased me.
TENTH - In either event set forth hereinabove, in the
NINTH paragraph of this my Last Wi11 And Testament, or in the event
that my beloved wife,~ELIZABETH CHASTAIN LISK, shall, in fact, pre-
decease me, I give, bequeath, and devise all of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, EXCEPT that hereinabove specifically given and
bequeathed to other named persons and organizations, wherever the
same may be situated or located, of which I may die seized or -
possessed, to my dear son, ALFRED HILL LISK, JR., and to my dear E
grand children, to-wit: VICKI ELIZABETH LISK, LAURIE SHANNON LISK,
