LIKEWISE, I make, constitute and appoint my beloved .wife,
ELIZABETH CHASTAIN LISK, or, in the event that she shall, in fact,
predecease me, or, in either event set forth in the NINTH paragraph
of this my Last Will And Testament, hereinabove, my friend, RAYMOND E.
FORD, Attorney at Law, Fort Pierce, Florida, to be the Executrix or
Executor of this my Last Will And Testament; and I hereby expressly
confer upon my said wife,. ELIZABETH CHASTAIN LISK, my friend,
RAYiri0i3D E. FORD, or either of them, as my Executrix or Executor,
power to administer my Estate, without bond, and with full power and
authority to encumber and to sell and convey any part or parts of
m~ Estate, real, personal or mixed, at public or private sale, with
or without notice, as my said Executrix or Executor shall-deem best
and in the best interests of my Estate, and without prior order or
action of any Court.
