5. FLOREtaCE PAPS and GEORGE PAPS, whose address
is set forth above are qualified under the laws of Florida
to serve as personal representatives of the decedent's estate
and are entitled to preference in appointment as personal
representatives because they are the named personal represen-
tatives under paragraph V of decedent's Last Will.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are:
Cash, mortgage and securities having a-value
of less than $60,000.00.
7~. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will dated
February 22, 1980, accompanies this petition.-
9. Petitioners acknowledge that they are qualified
to act as personal representatives under the laws of the
State of Florida; that they will faithfully administer the
estate of said decedent according to law, and that they
hereby designate CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, whose residence address is 151 Hartman Road,
Fort Pierce, Florida, as their agent or attorney for service
of process in any suit or action against them in their repre-
sentative capacity, or personally if such personal action
accrued in the administration of this estate.
~ Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be
~ admitted to probate and that they be appointed personal represen-
~ tatives of the estate of the decedent.
