I, SOFUS PETERSEN, of 762 Cypress Street, of the City of
Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, by this
instrument revoke my former wills and codicils to them and declare
this to be my will.

FAMILY
My wife, ELLEN PETERSEN, is deceased.
My daughter's name is FLORENCE PAPE, and she presently .
resides at 762 Cypress Street, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452. The
words "my daughter" wherever used in this will shall refer only. to
her.
I have the following grandchildren now living: my grandson,

ERIC PAPS, who presently resides at 2238 Louis Kossuth Avenue,

Ronkonkoma, New York 11779;. my grandson, GEORGE HENRY PAPE, who 4

presently resides at East Norwich, New York; and my grandaughter ~
~ ELLEN CRUM, who presently resides at 15 Sunset Drive, Milford,
Massachusetts 07517. The words "my grandchildren" wherever used ~
in this will shall refer only to them.

It is my express intention that my heirs taking under this
will are to be ascertained as though my grandson GEORGE HENRY PAPS
of East Norwich, New York had without issued predeceased me.
II.
PAYMENT OF ESTATE TAXES
I direct my personal representatives to pay from my probate
estate all estate and inheritance taxes that are payable because
