AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME the undersigned authority personally appeared, ELLIS M.
DAMSON a/k/a ELLIS M. DAMSON, JR., who first being duly sworn on
oath deposes and says as follows:
1. That Affiant's name is ELLIS M. DAM SON a/k/a ELLIS M.
DAM SON, JR, and he has personal knowledge of the facts stated herein.
2. That said Affiant, ELLIS M. DAMSON, is the joint owner of
record of the above-described property situated in St. Lucie County,
Florida, who took title in that certain Warranty Deed recorded at
0. R. Book 325, Page 1837 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. That said Affiant, ELLIS M. DAM SON, JR., is the joint
mortgagor in that certain mortgage recorded at 0. R. Book 326, Page '
1746 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to establish for the
record that Ellis M. Davison, joint owner and Ellis M. Davison, Jr.,
l joint mortgagor, are one in the same person.
