the laws of the United States of America, the owner of s certain mortgage given by Joseph P. Hargett and Jean
J. Hargett, his wife _ dated April 22nd tg65 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. gppk 116 on page
307 ,securing the payment of the sum of Nine Thousand, 1~ree Rundred and no/100-------

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
