THIS Conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed the Party(s) of the Second
Part do hereby agree to assume the following:
1. Taxes for the current year and subseruent years, f
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and other
I` matters of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.

4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and .
Pestrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc. a Florida
Non-profit corporation, the provisions of which documents run with the land.
The Grantee(s) assumes the Obligation of member of said Property Owner's
Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and 6e binding upon the heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto. The
Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all the premises hereby conveyed against
all and every person(s) whomsoever, lawfully claiming by, through or under the Grantor _
herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims of such persons claiming by,
