and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, Ry-laws and Declaration of (:ovenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' A_esociation; and Purchaser further acknow-
ledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits,
and budget, sales brochure acrd floor plan, and acknowledges that each and every
provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation acid management
of the Condominium property quid is in the best interests and for the benefit of all ,
the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant v~d agree to abide by each and every provision of said lkclara-
tion of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said heclaration of Condo-
miniu~n and Exhibits attached thereto, acid agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and r.~{uilat~le, and said Purilruscr aek.~e:rlcdges ;rnd ccnfir~s
that the Declaration of Coveirints and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has encumbered and inq~ressed a Lien upon the Condominican parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' association and said Purchaser a_~sumes the ~
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and P.xhibits attached thereto, I
and the conmon exper~ses and the sums due under the Property 0~.71ers' Association and
other charges are estin4~ted onll•. No warr:~nty guar-uity -is nk~de or inte~xled nor '
may one he relied upon except w~liere the same s x'cifically.warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the f°•iibi attached thereto.
