This action was tried before the court on the evidence pre-
sented, and it is
ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiff, HERBERT ROCHESTER, is due $14,897.00 as prin-
cipal, $2,419.71 as interest, $511.67 for the~1978 tax certificate
and 1979 taxes, $40.00 for title search expense, $ q 3 i
for fire and liability insurance, $ ~p~1G! ~ U ~ for attorney's
fAAR f'AQP_t}1P_r with S 14 1 ~d court costs now taxed, making a

2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to any
claim or estate of the defendants, EDWARD RALEIGH and ILLA P. RALEIGH,
his wife, if alive, and if dead, their unknown heirs, devisees,
I grantees, creditors and all other parties claiming by, through,

l~ under or against them; and ALL UNKNOWN NATURAL PERSONS, if alive, and
`if dead, or not known to be dead or alive, their several and respec-
tive unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors or other
parties claiming by, through or under those unknown natural persons;
and ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, OR WHOSE
EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN, claiming under any of the above named
or described defendants or parties, or claiming to have any right,
title or interest in and to the lands hereinafter described, on the
following described property:
Lots 9 and 11, of Block "K", of the TOWN OF
EDGARTOWN, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 1, at Page 160, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; said lots being also
' described as Lots 9 and 11 of Block 16 (K) of
the Assessor's Map of the North part of Fort
Pierce, Florida, as.per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 1, at page 164, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, ~'l.orida.
