NOTICE IS HEREBY GI_VE/N pursuant to a Final Judgment of Fore-
closure dated ! ~ 1980 in the above styled
cause wherein HE. ERT ROCHESTER is Plaintiff, and EDWARD RALEIGH
and ILLA P. RALEIGH, his wife, if alive,-and if dead, their unknown
' ~ heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors and all other parties claiming

if alive, and if dead, or not known to be dead or alive, their
several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees,
creditors or other parties claiming by, through or under those un-
known natural persons; and ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL
OR CORPORATE,_OR WHOSE EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN, claiming under
~ any of the above named or described defendants or parties, or claim-
ing to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands here-
inafter described, are Defendants, i will sell to the highest and
best bidder for cash at the East door of the St. Lucie County_Court-
house in Fort Pierce, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the ~ day of
1980, the following described property located
in t. Lucie County, Florida, set forth in said Final Judgment,
to-wit:
Lots 9 and 11, of Block "K", of the TOWN OF
EDGARTOWN, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 1, at Page 160, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; said lots being also
described as Lots 9 and 11 of Block 16 (K) of
the Assessor's Map of the North part of Fort
Pierce, Florida, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 1, at page 164, of-the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
