ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard at the pretrial conference
_on April 1, 1980, upon the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject
Matter Jurisdiction filed by Defendant, JOHNSON. CHRYSLER-PLYMOUTH,
INC., and the Court having reviewed the pleading, heard the argument
of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it is here-
upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff's Complaint is dismissed for lack of subject
matter jurisdiction. Plaintiff is granted leave to amend his
complaint within 20 days from~the date of this order provided
that Plaintiff must first pay J. Brian Brennan, counsel for FLORIDA
CHRYSLER PLYMOUTH, INC., the sum of $100 pursuant to the Order
dated March 22, 1979. In the event that Plaintiff fails to amend
within 20 days or fails to pay said $100 as set forth above, this
action shall be dismissed with prejudice.
2. That trial of this action shall be removed from the
trial docket commencing April 14; 1980. '
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this ~ day of
