Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and~mejnory, do make

this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling
all others by me heretofore made.

I.

I desire and direct that all my dust debts be paid without

unnecessary delay by my Executor, hereinafter named and appointed.
II. .
I give, bequeath anti devise to my grandson, Bud Lee Holman,
my condominium apartment, known as Apartment 3~D of the Vista
Harbor Apartments in Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida.
III.
I give, bequeath and devise to Bud Lee Holman and Peter
Glenn Holman and to Steven Holman and Valerie Holman to be
divided equa113r among them all of my shares oP Eastern Airline
stock.-
IV.
I give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and
remainder of my Estate to my two sons, H. R. Holman and Tom
Holman to be divided equally between them.

In the event that my son Tom Holman should predecease
me, then I give, bequeath and devise unto my son H. R. Holman
all the rest,~residue and remainder of my Estate with the re-
` quest that H. R. Holman and his wife Myrtle would assist in
furnishing financial aid for the education of Tom's children
through high school and through college, .if they so desire,
and if they are in need.
VI.
In the event that my two sans, H. R. Holman and Tom Holman,
should both predecease me, I.hereby give, bequeath and devise
