- tion of a sale of Real Property of DORA BEId.E HQIIMAN, Deceased, consisting of a
citrus grove of ?2 acres, more or less, with the existing fruit cti+op thereon,
located in Saint Lucie O~~ty, Florida, and being more particularly described

Zbwnship 35 South, Range 38 East, less ric,~ts-of-
way for canals and roads, all situate in St.
Lucie Gbunty, Florida, containing 73.5 acres, mare
or IESS.
to Danforth K. Richardson, and~hss assigns Rene Perez, William Harris,
Susan. Baslaw, Nancy R. Luther, John M. Luther, George Kahle, Sandra RahLe,
una Marjorie H. Ri~ardson, the interest and rights of each to be
dezennined by and subject to an Assic~unent of Agreement, grade by Danforth K.
Richardson, and such assigns, and in support thereof would state and show:
