legatees and 3evisees of the above-referenced estate, and hereby consent to
the entry of an order approving the sale, as mare particularly set forth in
an Amended Petition Fb~r Order Approving Sale of dal Property, said property
consisting of a citrus dove of 72 acres, more or less, with the existing
fruit cron thereon, located within St. Lucie Oounty, Florida, and being
more particularly described as follows
The West 1/2 of the Northwest 1%4 of Section 9 , Tb~anship 35
South, Range 38 East, less rights-of~way for canals and roads
all situate in Saint Lucie County, Florida, containing 73.5 _
acres, mare or less. -
