Sale of Real Property, described therein,-and the Qourt having received .

persons, being all of the heirs, bereficiaries, Legatees and devisees of
the above-referenced estate, and the Oourt being otherwise fully advised
in the prcattises , it is hereby .
ORDERED AND AD7UDC~D that this Dourt doers approve and authorize the
sale of the following described real property, an asset of this estate, loco`
ted in Saint Lucie Oouzty, Florida, and described as follows:

way for canals and roads, all situate in Saint
Lucie County, Florida, oantai.ning 73.5 acmes, more
or less.
said sale to Danforth K. Richardson, and his assigns, Rene Perez, William Harris,
Susan Baslow, Nancy R. Luther, John M. Luther, George Kahle, Sandra Kahle, and }
Marjorie H. Richardssrn, for a total purchase price, for said real property,
including the grove and e~asting fruit crap for Two Htndred Thirty-five
~isand Dollars ($235,000.00) , upon the following terns and conditions.
Cash deposit $ 5,000.00
Cash at closing 176,250.00
- Purchase money second mortgage .for the
balance of $58,750.00, which will bear
interest at the rate of l0$ per anntm.
Payments will be made annually, with
the principal being amortized over 15
years and the first annual installment
being due November 1, 1980.. Annual
payments will thereafter be made on
November 1 of each year through November
