reoeiv~e a Promissory Note in the a¢rount of Fifty-eic,~t ~otus~vxi Seven
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($58, 750.00) , secured bf a Purc3iase Money, Seoorui
Mraney Mortgage upon the property to be oonv+eyed and transferred by
said Goo-Personal Representatives. Said Pranussory Note shall be in the
sum of Fifty-eight Zhousand Seven Hwldred Fifty Dollars ($58,750.00), bearing
interest at the rate of ten (l0) percent per annum, calling for annual
installments of principal and accrued interest. ~zfie first payiaent shall ba dt~
on Novetrber 1, 1980, in the amauit of Zfiree Ztsousar?d Nine Hwx]red Sixteen

Luther,. George Kahle, Sandra Kahle and Marjorie H. Richardson.
