BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared T. FAYE ICALB, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
1. That she and her husband, ROBERT M. KALB, were the
owners of the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 27, Block 713, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION
- EIGHTEEN, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 17 of the
Public Records of St.-Lucie County,Florida.
2. That she and the said ROBERT M. KALB were married
prior to December 18, 1973 and said marriage continued without
interruption until November 8, 1976, the date of his death.
